Refund Policy

At Habba, each piece is produced and handled with care. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and delivered. This includes, but is not limited to: Incorrect size selection, change of mind, preference regarding color, fabric, or fit, sale or limited edition items.

All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds or replacements are only considered if the item is received damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the damage

  • Include your order number in the message

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not accept refund requests for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen differences

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or scented

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a replacement is approved due to damage, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been confirmed and processed.
